Refund policy

We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase / unboxing video for clarity.

To start a return, you can raise a request through Return/Refund page. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchange Requests:

 If a customer wishes to exchange a product but the requested item is out of stock, the company will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the product. This policy ensures that customers receive a resolution even when the desired exchange is not possible due to inventory limitations. The refund will be processed in accordance with the original payment method used for the purchase. The company reserves the right to make the final decision regarding product exchanges and refunds.

 

Incorrect Product Received:

If a customer receives the wrong product and requests an exchange, the company will facilitate the exchange for the correct item, subject to availability. If the correct item is unavailable, the customer will have the option to receive a full refund for the purchase price of the incorrect product. The company will cover any shipping costs associated with the return and exchange of incorrect products.

 

Proof of Product Condition: To ensure a smooth and efficient resolution, customers are required to provide an unboxing video as proof of the product's condition at the time of receipt. This video will help expedite the exchange or refund process and ensure transparency.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
